Without wishing to upset any of the brides reading this article, I thought it might be worth pointing out that it is the Grooms day too. Thankfully in my experience when I say this to couples at wedding fairs they (the bride’s that is) are usually very keen to agree with me. My advise, find what it is that will make the day special. Speaking personally I had a massage on my wedding day – yes that’s right. I went off to the barbers, came home and someone was at the house to give me a massage. I won’t bore you with the details but it was the best decision I ever made. It helped me to relax and enjoy the rest of the day. OK so for you it’s not that, but perhaps it’s a round of golf, a walk with the dog in the woods, a trip to the local if you must but do something a bit different and something you will remember for years to come (the pub choice may make the memory of it a little more challenging!) And that goes for you to ladies, I know there will be lots of things you feel you need to do but make sure there are things in there that will add to the experience for you. Till next time Jay
